Numerous residents have reached out to express their concerns about the small lot sizes, the number of homes (376) proposed, and the increased traffic since this new development will connect into New England Acres at Faneuil Hall Road, Cape Code Way and Olde Post Road. Current zoning calls for larger lots and requirements which more closely match the surrounding neighborhoods, including ours. This requested rezoning deviates from this greatly, possibly affecting our property and neighborhood. I would encourage anyone with concerns to attend the meeting. At a minimum, your concerns should be emailed to etnatownship@etnatownship.com (include your name and address when emailing). Your voice matters!
